I am always amazed by the treasures
found on every corner of our Beautiful
Planet. Asia is full of ancient wisdom and
is lovingly sharing it with the rest of the
world.
I usually make breakfast in less than 5
minutes as my little girl who is two years
old is rarely willing to wait any longer. Here
is what we have on most days: porridge or
a bowl of plain brown puffed rice and
unsweetened corn flakes.
To our cereals we add a spoon of raw
cocoa powder to make it fun, all kind of
seeds, nuts, raisins, fresh fruits, some
warm organic soy milk and we end up with
a handful of Goji berries! (See picture
below)
